Fatty acid is gained through the hydrolysis process of isolating glycerol and fat. Chemically referred to as carboxyl, it is also known as chain-shaped saturated or unsaturated monocarboxylic acid.
Typical saturated fatty acids are stearic acid and palmitic acid; oleic acid is a typical unsaturated fatty acid and is in most fats. These fatty acids are used in numerous industrial fields and have been traditionally used in cosmetics, medical products, lifestyle product, bio-diesel, plastic, industrial lubricating oil, resin, synthetic rubber, etc.
